Revenge is a dish best served cold

Earlier this season, Menisken stood for probably the biggest upset of the V.205 series this season, when they defeated the title favourites 5-4 on their home turf. Therefore, the scene was set for an incredible grudge match, and Brann held nothing back.

The Brann fans had flocked to Brann Stadion to witness this incredibly important game, which had the potential to ruin Brann’s title chances this season if Brann couldn’t collect all three points this evening. Luckily for them, they hit jackpot with their strategy, and didn’t stop scoring before they almost reached a double-digit score difference, and thus kept their first place.

"Congratulations on a well deserved win Eilanda, how do you feel?" our reporter asked.

"I feel great, and a bit relieved to be honest. We knew that this would be a difficult fixture"

"Difficult fixture? Your team won 9-0, I would classify that as a "walk in the park"

"Yeah, it could seem so, but the truth is that with the previous result in mind, we've had to stay ahead mentally and focus on the task at hand. We couldn't let our minds slip like last time"

"With this win, there's nothing to stop Brann taking their fourth div V trophy?"

"We'll see, we'll give it our all"
